The LAWN service has been experiencing intermittent authentication failures during periods of high load. We are placing the service in Yellow as we work on a permanent solution; as some users may experience dropped connections during periods of high load.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

BuzzPort will be unavailable to perform system maintenance. The downtime should be limited to 1 hour, between 6am and 7am.

WHO IS AFFECTED BY THIS?

All users of BuzzPort will be impacted during the maintenance window and will be restricted from accessing the system.

WHAT MUST YOU DO?

No additional steps by users should be necessary. All users will be able to access BuzzPort normally after 7:00AM, Tuesday, October 28th.
