WHAT IS HAPPENING?

The primary database server hosting the PeopleSoft HCM, TechWorks, and Kronos production services, (BAST) will be unavailable, Tuesday, June 25, during the standard OIT maintenance window between 0500-0600, to facilitate a correction to the storage configuration.

WHO WAS AFFECTED BY THIS INTERRUPTION?

All users of services supported by FPROD databases will be impacted.  
This includes but is not limited to the following:
  *TechWorks Employee Self Service
  * PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefit services
  *Kronos Time management (Time-clocks will be available to collect time)
 *Reports.Gatech reports (using HPROD or KPROD)

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
 
Tuesday, June 25, during the standard OIT maintenance window between 0700-0600

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO WHEN THE SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Nothing.  Services related to these databases should be available normally following the maintenance window above.
