LAWN Problem reported

The LAWN service has been experiencing intermittent authentication failures during periods of high load. We are placing the service in Yellow as we work on a permanent solution; as some users may experience dropped connections during periods of high load.

Telecommunications OK

The Telecomm Visual Voicemail tool has been restored to full service as of today, 1/15 Thursday afternoon. Previously, service was restored on Monday 1/12 but an out of date SSL certificate remained in place while further troubleshooting occurred. That SSL certificate has now been replaced with a current version that will provide secure access to the tool as well as allow users to use the Visual Voicemail service without seeing a “Click to continue” error. Standard voicemail remained operable throughout the duration of this maintenance. If you have concerns or questions in regards to this work, please contact the TSC at 404-894-7173.

Virtual Server Hosting OK

There are no major issues at this time.

VPN OK

There is a bug in that during a new web based install of the AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client on Windows, the handover from the web browser to the client fails, though the client does install correctly. Workaround is to manually launch the client after it has installed. There is no public fix at this time.
