Dialtone has been restored on Digital (Nortel/Avaya) Telephone Phone Sets as of 10:48AM today, August 31, 2015.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ARE STILL EXPERINECING NO DIAL TONE?

If you are still experiencing no dial tone on your Digital (Nortel/Avaya) Telephone Phone Sets please contact Customer Care at 404.894.7173, Option 3.

There is an issue with one of the systems that supports the addition and removal of Administrators from the hosting.gatech.edu site. We informed the group that supports this system and will let you know when this feature has been restored.

AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Update to version 4.1.04011 and VPN appliance code upgrade to latest validated code – OS X, Linux, and Windows clients deployed for campus VPN services:

anyc.vpn.gatech.edu

This client and server software update will add support for Windows 10 as well as TLS 1.2. There will be a brief service outage as the appliances are reloaded. Updated VPN Client software will automatically download and install on user’s machine when user connects.
