The LANDesk Mangement Gateway has been restored to service. Computers should be able to connect to the gateway for inventory and patch service. Gateway remote control should work.

Problem reported

The LANDesk management gateway appliance has a failed disk. LANDesk support has been engaged to assist with resolving the problem. While the gateway is down we will not be able to use Gateway Remote Control and off-campus clients will not be able to communicate with the LANDesk servers.

This status will be updated as soon as we have a resolution.

Problem reported

the LANDesk consoles hosted by mydesk.gatech.edu (OIT-Winadmin-V3) are not available while a storage upgrade happens this morning.

we will update this status when the upgrade is finished.
