OK | The LANDesk Mangement Gateway has been restored to service. Computers should be able to connect to the gateway for inventory and patch service. Gateway remote control should work. |

Problem reported | The LANDesk management gateway appliance has a failed disk. LANDesk support has been engaged to assist with resolving the problem. While the gateway is down we will not be able to use Gateway Remote Control and off-campus clients will not be able to communicate with the LANDesk servers. This status will be updated as soon as we have a resolution. |

Problem reported | the LANDesk consoles hosted by mydesk.gatech.edu (OIT-Winadmin-V3) are not available while a storage upgrade happens this morning. we will update this status when the upgrade is finished. |
